Our primary service area includes the city of Ballwin, Missouri (zip codes 63011, 63021) and surrounding St. Louis County communities. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our geographic range or those that do not align with our scheduling capacity.

2. Upfront Pricing & Billing Terms

We believe in absolute transparency when it comes to pricing:

• Estimates: We provide detailed, written estimates prior to commencing any work. The customer must approve the estimate before we begin.
• Payments: Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless prior billing arrangements have been made in writing. We accept Cash, Check, Major Credit Cards, and qualified Financing.
• Financing: Promotional financing plans are offered through partner lending institutions. All terms, interest rates, and approval conditions are governed directly by the lender's contract.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide our technicians safe, unobstructed access to the work area, including water shutoff valves, crawl spaces, basements, or sewer cleanouts. An adult over the age of 18 with authorization to approve work and make payment must be present on site during the service window.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms, services, and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Missouri. Any legal actions or proceedings related to our services must be filed in the courts of St. Louis County, Missouri.
