Terms of Service

1. Service Scope and Availability

These Terms of Service govern customer service agreements and all work performed by Ballwin Plumbing. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our operational dispatch radius or those that do not align with our safety protocols and technician scheduling capacity.

2. Estimates & Billing Terms

We maintain full financial transparency on every customer dispatch:

• Written Scopes: We provide detailed, itemized estimates prior to commencing any work. The property owner or authorized agent must approve the estimate before work begins.
• Payments: Payment is due upon completion of services unless formal invoicing arrangements have been executed in writing. Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards, bank checks, and approved electronic payments.

3. Workmanship Warranty & Guarantee

Customer satisfaction and trade excellence are our top priorities:

• Workmanship Guarantee: We stand behind our trade craftsmanship. If an installation or repair fails to perform up to trade standards due to workmanship error, we will return to evaluate and correct the issue promptly.
• Equipment & Material Warranties: Installed equipment, fixtures, and replacement components carry manufacturer-backed warranties. We assist property owners with manufacturer warranty submissions where applicable.
• Exclusions: Workmanship warranties do not cover damage caused by unauthorized alterations, customer misuse, structural settling, extreme weather events, or subsequent external physical impacts.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Property owners or their authorized representatives must provide technicians safe, unobstructed access to the work area, main utility shutoff valves, and electrical panels. An adult authorized to approve scopes of work and execute payments must remain present during the service window.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and all associated service agreements shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Missouri. Any legal proceedings arising from services rendered shall be conducted in the courts of St. Louis County, Missouri.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service periodically. Revisions will be published on this page and will govern service agreements scheduled subsequent to the update date.
