Ballwin Plumbing provides high-quality residential and commercial plumbing services. Our primary service area includes the city of Ballwin, Missouri (zip codes 63011, 63021) and surrounding St. Louis County communities. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our geographic range or those that do not align with our scheduling capacity.

2. Estimates & Billing Terms

We believe in absolute transparency when it comes to our billing and services:

• Estimates: We provide detailed, written estimates prior to commencing any work. The customer must approve the estimate before we begin.
• Payments: Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless prior billing arrangements have been made in writing. We accept Cash, Check, Major Credit Cards.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee & Warranty Details

Your peace of mind is our priority:

• Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our plumbing work. If a repair or installation is not performing up to standard due to workmanship error, we will return to correct it at our own expense.
• Material Warranties: Fixtures, pipes, sump pumps, and water heaters installed by us are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We provide assistance in obtaining warranty replacements where applicable.
• Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damages caused by customer misuse, neglect, pre-existing structural issues, severe weather events (e.g., frozen pipes due to lack of heating), or sewer backups caused by external roots invading pipes after clearing.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide our technicians safe, unobstructed access to the work area, including water shutoff valves, crawl spaces, basements, or sewer cleanouts. An adult over the age of 18 with authorization to approve work and make payment must be present on site during the service window.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms, services, and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Missouri. Any legal actions or proceedings related to our services must be filed in the courts of St. Louis County, Missouri.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will apply to all services scheduled after the update date.
